 Children's Study (1976-1977) 
 
While Lyn was studying at the University of Windsor, she was teaching grade one. She realized the tremendous confidence, energy, and uninhibited sense of colour these six year olds possessed. She began to collect their drawings and closely watched them painting. Soon she began to paint with the same sense of colour, often incorporating a child's way of printing as well.
